It looks like you found the group all right!
I saw your blog and it looks interesting. I need to get to bed, but I'll check it out when I have some more time. As for that link, If you want it in your blog, you can add a widget to the right hand column that is just for html or javascript and paste it right in there.
Click on Customize, then Add a Gadget to the right hand column and choose HTML/Javascript gadget. I think that should do it.
When you get a chance, you should also join the Blame Canada group!
