Comment by Lurkinggherkin on October 27, 2009 at 4:14pm: My Greyhawk campaign has been running continuously now for around 14 years and has taken on epic stature. Quite surprising seeing as it started as a muckabout game. The main focal point of the campaign is the city of Gradsul in Keoland, as opposed to the City of Greyhawk.

Currently the PCs have been conscripted into military service for the Keoish army - for Keoland is now at war with the Hold of the Sea Princes. So things are presently a bit story-driven (though the PCs are free to go AWOL if they wish, I'm not stopping them in a meta sense).
