Role Play Media Network

a community for rpg bloggers, podcasters, vidcasters, and their audiences

You're welcome here. There are, or have been, Star Trek RPGs, Star Wars RPGs, Doctor Who RPGs, Buffy, Angel, Serenity, Battlestar Galactica... I don't think fiction set in what could be considered "game settings" is out of bounds.

Here's the thing: I'd prefer you put it on your profile page as a blog, so all your stuff can be found in one place. If people like it, you'll show up as a favorite member or a favorite blog on the front page. That's san automated process, and no one can complain that there's fiction here if enough people are reading it to put it on the front page.

If you post it in the forums, the same principles apply. If people read and comment, it will float to the top. If not, it will sink to the bottom and vanish. Again, I think a blog is the best way to organize your fiction, especially serial fiction, but I leave it to be your choice.

Oh, you can also start a group, so if a bunch of people want to write fiction in Setting X, you can all gather in the Setting X group to do so. Or if you you want to do some original round-robin thing, a group would be a good choice.

Considering that my writing partner and I are considering moving all of our stuff over to my blog, this comes at an opportune time.
