Yep, whether it's a stirring oration, a breathtaking dance, a stunning performance on a lute, a clever turn of phrase, showing up with the best looking outfit in the ball... it's all under Impress.

Hi Mutant Mouse!

I believe the Skill you're looking for is Impress (Cha).

"A delicate touch, a subtle word, or a brilliant performance at
just the right time can change the course of history; indeed they
have, as evidenced in the epic sagas of the ancient masters."

The Impress skill can be used to Influence a target, or Persuade them through speech or performances.

One interesting point. Fc doesn't have anything like performance in pathfinder. Nothing there to help determine if say a bard is playing his instruments ect. Now i see other skills to loosely determine success but they are really weak and reaching. For example bards playing for a baron not a downtime event but rather a part of the scene.
